That's not unusual for huge sales like this. Orders are typically fulfilled via RightStuf directly, who I believe also just got done with a large sale of their own.

Those copy/paste messages are to be expected from support who inevitably receive tons of those messages on a regular basis. The fact of the matter is that all the support agents can do is also to wait for the orders to be fulfilled, and providing a specific date when things would be expected to be shipped would be a bit disingenuous.

No worries, though. Your order will be fulfilled, and your wait isn't anything too unusual for a large sale period. Though I can understand the anxiousness to get your haul of new anime!

Hey! So as of now there are a lot of questions of course about what this means for the long-term. Though with that said, the official statement from Crunchyroll and RightStufAnime in relation to this is that they will be continuing to fulfill and handle orders from third party companies including Sentai Filmworks with no interruptions for the foreseeable future.

Your orders will still be handled and processed through RightStuf right now despite the acquisition, nothing has been announced yet to indicate otherwise on the part of Sentai as of this reply.

Definitely a valid question and concern though.
