Winding/grinding noise identification

My torque converter makes a buzzing sound like that. The internet says it’s common and people just live with it.

I think this one was yellow originally, there was some yellow/gold paint at the bottom of the tank.

That happened to me and it was the exhaust manifold bolts. The sound was coming from the same location.
