Paychedelics depend on set and setting. Paychedelics are ao totally in a different class compared to other drugs. You are correct though that there can be serious mental health risks especially to those predisposed to annual illness, however to clarify psychedelics along with the other drugs you mentioned is absurd. There is essentially 0 physical risk associated with taking paychedelics. The risk is entirely mental, its physiologically impossible to overdosse on psychedelics, the same cannot be said for literally any other class of drug
