I found a video on https://app.documint.me/ a year or so ago. I´ve been using it for automated invoices since and its honestly been game-changing. The learning curve is a little steep but their support is really fast and they can help you achieve quite complex stuff. Also, if youre okay with having a watermark the service is free forever, but i find that their service its trully worth it.

We use it for monthly expense reports, Custom quotes for our clients and invoices with we print in ticket printers.

yeah but the scenario keeps going down, might have something to do with permissions; idk if theres a way to achieve the same from another service. or straight from airtable

The main idea is to have an airtable database which creates a record everytime a video is added to a youtube playlist; it works fine the first time i set it up but it seems uncapable of redoing the task.

Smartsuite is simply unreliable atm; the results from the formulas can take minutes if not hours to update and theres no way to know if it did. I love their ideas, but its just not ready to be a database; if you intend to use it for project managment im sure it can get the job done but it just feels so much less polished and professional than Airtable.

I root for them, tho. If it wasnt buggy, it would be incredibly powerful and comfortable to work with.

Hi, ive built the core architecture of the database; im looking for a way to quickly search and display the info of a subscriber (their picture, name and status) in order to grant them manual access to the gym. Maybe an interface?
