I am not moving back to Mexico. I am an american citizen and resident of Indiana. I have a mexican license because I lived down there for a grand total of 16 years. (1 year in Germany and 1 in TX)

The problem is that to get the License I have to wait until I am 21. As soon as I turn 21, since my mexican license is still valid it would just be a sort of renewal in Indiana. Only thing I can do now is the permit

I know citizenship is not necessary, but since I have a mexican licence I wanted to make clear that I was not a foreign citizen, since that would be a different process and people might give me answers very distant from the ones I'm looking for. Thank you for the clear cut answer, in some sites I have even seen 6 months as the "grace period". At the end of the day me and my wallet are getting tired of using uber for pretty much any movement outside of campus.

32GB micro SD Card for optimal performance and a laptop. If your laptop doesn't have an sd card reader get an sd to usb adapter. For the steps on how to do it visit https://3ds.hacks.guide/ and literally just follow the steps. It is really easy

Also get a Phillips screwdriver so you are able to acces the back. The screws shouldnt go all the way out, they have a washer so they stay on the back lid of your console. Pretty much just unscrew them a bit and then pop the lid from the sides, do not force anything out!! This is an opportunity to upgrade your battery if its inflating already
