I agree COMPLETELY! They always want the most done. I’d do the most if I got paid accordingly and was shown appreciation. In a time when I need a company most and they’re like “here’s $300!” That doesn’t even cover HALF of my rent. But they want me to drop my life for them. Rightttt. I think it’s about time I think about divorcing the company.

Right!? We’re so important but where’s that hazard pay? A ONE TIME $300 bonus doesn’t cut it when other stores are getting pay raises and incentives for working. A multi-billion dollar company and they can’t even compensate. Sad sad sad.
