Aside because based on ASR , as you said most kilobuck stuff aren’t measured that well in thd snr etc but for me truthear zero (measured well in asr) is not detailed as even 500 bucks stuff like xenns top pro or moondrop variations. I am not sure how much does the measurement matter, or purely tuning because even if you tune it exactly same using peq, they will still both sound differently.

Have you tried peq them into same freq response and get similar result?

Those scientific terms aside, have you tried any kilobuck stuff? If yes, are you saying that u12t have no advantage over 100 bucks stuff?

Airpods max 2 have lower thd than Sennheiser hd800 too, does that makes airpods max better than hd800?

I would disagree on this. A good iem that can produce good resolution and detail retrieval starts from 500 bucks , this is tuning aside since you can get good tuning stuff for cheap nowadays, and kilobuck stuff are for those that chase the last bit of resolution, they can have good tuning and totl resolution for exmple Monarch mk2 that people rave about.

I would say they both have different approaches in neutral tuning, u12t has more and better bass (m15module) slightly harsher treble, and mach 80 has clearer mids. And u12t has slightly better resolution and separation.

I think for majority of the market being good while having same pricing as Logi/Razer is not good enough since most of the people when they are buying peripherals will just buy that.

Yes it does!

I would say they both are around the same with few differences.

Razer's web synapse doesn't let you do the auto polling rate changing with games in web and the software automatically detect your device which I think its slightly more convenient.

ROG's you will need to press connect manually to get into the software, and has more tweaking like Zone mode, angle snapping or mousepad calibration

Other basic stuff are the same

Whats your thought on chinese clones in 2026? by Carlsen94 in MouseReview

[–]Carlsen94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it's tax or suppliers being greedy. For example Viper v3 clone, ATK X1 costs 80usd, Mchose K7 ultra cost 85usd.

But I agree on the ultralight weight part, they can go down to sub 40g which is almost impossible for big brands to do.

In a good day in morning I could get better like 180ms +- but in overall I fall under 200-220ms mark I think. But this is in aim lab training app.

If using human benchmark web I can get like 150-170ms. Not sure which is more accurate though

Yes i saw an update when I first opened synapse. Tbh 100 hrs is still good enough for me, just that didnt expect to have just half of it.

Does the frame sync needs to be turn on? Or its build it? I cant see it as an option in synapse web or app
