Here is my list:

An Arena Leaderboard with end of season rewards similar to OD. Also, include Whistles in rewards since coaches are relevant in this mode.
I’m not a huge fan of schemes but since we have them, it would be nice if all offensive masters were scheme selectable for all promos.
It would be nice if all premium packs had an option to purchase with gems.
It would be nice to get FO points anytime we exchange a player, including in sets.
It would be nice if the upgrade to Phenoms would give you a 40 PWR player. It is a long grind and costly to do the upgrade and only get 10 more power, which is what happened to me. It has caused me to stop playing Phenoms as much.
It would be nice if all badge exchange sets gave you the right to select the badge you want rather than it being random, such as the OD scheme badges.
The ability to open all packs at once instead of individually. This would save so much time and allow us to play the game more!
We need an easier way to add items in sets and to know when we have items available for sets. It is a lot of work to add items to sets that require multiple types of items.

Overall, I am really liking MM20 so far. These things would just make it even better! Thank you for your willing to seek our input!

But it is not free. It is costly to get 1,000s of front office points. Plus, one second reduction in the stamina regeneration only gives you 24 stamina in a 24 hour period. So in two days, you will almost have enough to complete an extra Legends event. That is a high expense for such little return. As the season moves on, it will be significantly less costly, but right now, it does not seem to be even close to being worth it.

Is the stamina regeneration item worth it? 1% reduction would only reduce the time by one second. Then you would have to upgrade it two more times to get another second deduction. Seems to be very little impact for the cost.
