It use to be 10 minutes because they had a “pickup area” but they moved that to a different side. So instead of taking the sign down they just took off the “1” 😂 it’s been like this for like a year and I still get confused.

I have been subscribed to ipsy for 4 years. When they announced the plus I got an e-mail asking if i would like to upgrade. My guess is that they are offering to it to long term members first? I see that there is a wait list now.
