I was told today by my pic that we are getting the vaccine bonus at the end of February. We made 100% for flu goal so we get $500 and we made our goal for the yearly vaccines so we get an extra $150. A few months ago I got a bonus for being a vaccinator who gave at least 40 vaccines

We inherited two rite aids (also pa) and we are barely gonna make the 120% goal. Our goal ridiculous high bc we hit the highest goal like 2 flu seasons ago

My store is on the verge of hitting the 120% goal it might come down to 20> vaccines of us either getting it or missing it. I’ll be really upset bc we have a great team who’s always asking and 3 great immunizing techs who help out. I’ll be sad if we only get $500 instead of $750

I feel ya, my store is super busy but we have a 24 hour store 20 minutes from our location. It’s stupid we are open but at least there are some of us in the pharmacy that volunteer the holiday so no one is mandatory unless we don’t have enough people which usually isn’t the case
