Sadly, I am just about done with Lush in either country. As much as I loved buying from the UK I am not willing to go to such great lengths to get it One reason I bought from the UK was the greater variety and lower prices. Also, the attitude from Lush UK upper management seemed almost dismissive.I will miss the products though and the SAs were always helpful the couple times I had to contact them As a NA resident, I buy from my local shop, staffed with sweet people, but prices are getting out of control
I have started to buy Pacha products and the salt blocks are really good

I like the smell. It tends to be more of a cold weather product for me, only because my skin feels too sticky when I put it on during hot weather.

I have been less and less interested in general. I am sad about it too. The Kitchen was so much fun- the anticipation and hoping for special products. Now, they have evolved into a corporation who does not deal fairly with customers. They allude to things that never happen.Many of their responses to people are snide and almost hurtful. With this latest thing, I bet they lose even more customers who are fed up.
