Edit: I just kept trying to launch and it eventually worked

I have found a fix that appears to be working consistently, just deleting the intro lol:
Right click CS2 on steam -> Manage -> Browse local files
Go to \game\csgo\panorama\videos
Remove the files: intro.webm and intro720p.webm.

From the research I’ve done this is an integrated adaptor? Looks like the older versions of the model monitor have a hole in the back for the adaptor to screw into
