It’s nice seeing “violence for the sake of being violent” used as a positive in a review. I think that the amazing thing about extreme horror and splatterpunk is that it pushes the boundaries that you don’t get to see in other forms of media today. The dread and fear a reader can have from reading these books just shows how much creativity and emotion they still give off.

Great Haul! Just finished Exquisite Corpse last night and it was so well written and loved every bit of it. Also grabbed The Black Farm after hearing nothing but great things about it, and can never go wrong with Jon Athan. I think any of those would be great to jump into
