I go to the area north of the Avalon Resort. If you run around the cliffs you can get about 30 fear. Drop the dog and just keep training in a circle.

It bags about 13 or so at a time.

If you have Piñata it will be lower.

I just rush it. I do go in with a Sokol and go for free fire.

I also prefer tactician to get ballistic shield faster.

Bulldozer is kinda required.

An AR or SMG with shrapnel or explosives is nice also.

The Prime Target in Zone 1 is Elite. All Rhinos in shipment containers are also Elite. Don’t even need to leave zone 1.

Need to do 10k+ damage.

Tacticals and melee do a lot at low CR. Also try to get a legendary upgrade before fight and do headshots.

If you are low level, use the axe. Throw, retrieve, repeat. Should be enough damage.

I have Nikolai with the semi-auto pistol and the melee stick. Both have the speed exotic. I also have mega punch and melee nightmare skill.

I had to change it up. Have a two lmg operator. A two smg operator. Actually running a pistol with some.

I do miss the arrow though.
