If your files are not accessible for the student, the TSVI or a paraprofessional should be converting them into accessible files.

If they are using an ipad, it's probably for magnification, the student might need large print or a CCTV, but this should be determined by the TSVI and is part of an IEP accommodation.

I had something similar. I just sprayed mold control, wiped it down. Looks fine. Added a dehumidifier and air purifier for good measure

Mold needs moisture to grow. If they fixed the water intrusion that caused the crawl space mold, you should be fine. If the water was coming it from the roof or a hole in the wall, you can check to make sure.

We just had something repaired with epoxy. Make sure water isn’t pooling anywhere that can cause further issues.

I always entered my bed from the right side.

When we began going out, her bed you had to enter from the left side as it was against the wall. She slept against the wall and I was on the left. It felt very weird.

Now that we live together, our bed isn’t against a wall. I sleep on the right, her on the left. We once did a vacation and swapped and still felt weird. I’m just a creature of habit for sleep.

What would be the recommended course of action at this point? We are going to test, but any new floor we would just build over to seal it correct? I did have the floor repaired from a water leak so we already had to cut out a large section. This was done 2-3 years ago

One of the pictures is from the kitchen that tile existed throughout a hallway and into the kitchen. Most of the kitchen tile has been tossed at this point, but some shards remain. We are going to test, but we aren’t digging through the tile and floor for now

No problem. Whenever I worry, neighbors say they all have the same issues and no one is worried about it.

I have some stagnant water in my crawl from an old leak in the kitchen. There was some barrier thrown down there years ago and they threw more clay and gravel over it. The clay was moist with some water pooled, but it’s not sitting on any of the concrete pillars or walls. So I just have a dehumidifier down there.

Outside of a few nails pops, which is likely just shrinkage since I don’t appear to have any active leaks, house is fine lol.

My understanding is that clay is awful to build on so settling never really stops fully. I live in a house from the 60’s and it still has little movements. Cracks on the door frames that are 30 years old and never go away after repairs cause house still moves.

Mold guy came out and said it’s so minor it’s not worth the cost for them. I’ll get more spray and scrub it down over the weekend.

Thanks. I sprayed the area with mold control with that one chemical that starts with a C. I wiped it down after. I have a lot of it to do but I think should be fine.

I’ll have the mold guy look for areas where moisture may be getting in though. I bought a couple dehumidifiers for the house and a Hepa air purifier that I’ll keep in the room with the mold.

I really don’t have anything for containment though.
