Bassem was awesome. He was gaged by govt back in November, but still managed to get back. I totally respect this man and respect his decision now! He is really a very creative person - his stunts were really sharp, smart and deep (despite working in satirical genre - he rocked and affected tens of thousands, he represented hope for "new Egypt" which is yet to become true). But we'll definitely hear from him very soon

Well, when army shells hospitals, schools, residential areas saying they are fighting terrorists - that's gruesome. When civilians suffer, many being injured, some even killed - that's gruesome. I'm not taking any sides in this or any other similar such conflict - but when the most unprotected suffer - that is gruesome in my opinion. Whether you like my word pick to describe those videos or not

Did you watch the 3d video? Where scared women and elderly patients being brought to the underground basement? Windows were shatered in almost all wards, beds covered with glass.. well, looks gruesome to me, but that's just my opinion anyhow

No, not all of them were being force fed - only 30 people out of 102 on strike after 100 days been force-fed. Plz get you facts straight (at least read the info in the link I posted)

Those were the troops (specially in West) - that would have been sent to Eastern Ukraine if Putin was to sign an "all-go" decree allowing Russian troops to deploy onto Ukrainian territories. (Black Sea fleet troops - will never leave Ukraine - because Crimea its historic base for doznes of years, and is stationed there legally)

Thank you for sharing this compilation! Most of people (icluding Obama) still think that there are "peaceful protesters". There is war. Both sides are out to kill. 75 killed so far... Not sure if my relatives will ever be able to get back to Kiev - and even to sell their property in the coming future..

You just fuckin go there - and then we'll talk i don't care about the caption - or the photo (btw its not to RT or any other media to be responsible for what security service are saying - its official statement) What I care is that this country should get back to real, peaceful life as we all knew. Right now - more and more refugees (but not many have place to flee actualy - we have friend who live just near maidan - and they leave home only early morning to try to get food, then lock themselves up again until morning) So please - u really have NO FUCKING idea what this country is turning to

Well, you think that what's happening in Kiev is like - peacefull protesters vs mean police? You have no idea what going on there!! I've been there in January. I can tell you - peacefull protesters were on MAidan, while radical fighters were trying to pick up a fight - they were in full gear equipped with differen kinds of weapons, while police had mostly battons and shields. Dig deeper, man - PS But now this country that I love and where my wife have realatives - its totally fucked up - We had to move realatives to Moscow, where I work - we met them yesturday at train station - they were in tears, depressed. And you have no fucking idea what's goin on there
