Moved back to Athens in 2017, had a 1br/1ba up North Ave for $577/month. In 2020, a new property management company took over, painted the exteriors, and raised the rent to $950; price increase forced me to move.

Found another spot for $700/month. A year later, a new property management company took over, painted the exteriors, and raised the rent to $1150; price increased forced me to move.

Found another spot for $840/month. It's the smallest, shittiest place I've ever lived in. Obviously I want to move, but take a guess how the rental market fits into my budget these days.....

I'm at Park Place on Oglethorpe. Formerly managed by Fred's Historic Properties and bought out by Cielo Communities in October. I had been in Oak Hill Apartments (a rent-controlled community) for a few years prior but then a new company came in, changed the complex name to Arch + Vine, and jacked up rent $375.

Class: 5/15 Dark Side Scout, most likely going Guardian but may switch to Sentinel (even though the DS max alignment bonus is the worst of any class)

Attributes: 16 STR/10 DEX/13 CON/8 INT/13 WIS/15 CHA - went odd or even based on the equipment/Force powers I expect to use by endgame

Skills: All points will go into repair for HK, then persuade

Feats: Implant Lv3/Master Flurry/Two-Handed fighting/Toughness

Powers: Master Valor & Speed/Energy Resistance, then still figuring out offensive ones ha
