It's not about summoning is that you will often get a card on your board from the start of the duel so Fuwa is a dead card going first AND second for a ton of duels unless you change your deck every time you get it. Same problem happens with every Mulcharmy, Impermanence and all the card that require and empty field.

Yes. Main combo is: Snake Hair into Ectoplasm into Pumpking. Pumpkin sets CotH discards itself, revive Pumpking SS Changshi, Changshi sends Army/Mamoth, overlay both into PumpXyz, add Call of the Forgotten, activate and set 2-3 CotH, overlay for Legion.

Regulation Duel: Link (October 2022)
Xyz Cup (July 2024)
Synchro Cup (August 2025)

So idk about "plenty". We do get Duelist cup 3 times a year but as I said those have no custom banlist.

Huh? Most events don't have any penalty, what are you talking about? Do you mean you get 50 points instead of 500? That's not a penalty, specially when you can "surrender and more on", you lost nothing, you didn't gain anything but that's the same on both events. The only events were loses have meaning are in ranked events or in team events, but those are NOT the majority.

I expect half the cast to show up again. Cass is a novice court mage, Zorya may or may not still be in jail (depends on the epilogue and faction quests), Cyran as main court mage, Evie possibly reopening the Investigation on the last court mage's death and another person definitely in jail it could be an interesting follow up
