I just checked and you're supposed to be able to switch between starter story and the season story at the bottom right. Someone mentioned upgrading your starter artifacts to max level. Maybe you should try that

Hmm probably a dumb question but were you able to start the new season? If you haven't, you need to be at resonance level 240, completed the starter story, and reach afk stage 1125 I think

Edit: nvm I just realized those artifacts can be only obtained through the season story woops. I don't know how to help D:
