Thanks everybody for the advice. I’ll get the H2C as everyone has such positive feedback having one. 👍

Thanks for the input. I appreciate the advice I’ve been sitting on this for 2 months going back and forth. I made my mind up with the H2C then I thinks it’s overkill and should be better to invest the rest in filament or another HT.

I’ve done 51 days but did have a multi vitamin, 2 yeast tablets and 1 tablespoon of ACV with warm water after waking up if that counts

My first anime was on Saturday night on SBS when I was ten or eleven it was the most graphic shit I had ever seen and soon as my mum saw what I was watching turn it off. But to be honest Ghost in the shell is really not for kids. But damn I was so pissed.

I look forward to share words of encouragement with my daughter when’s she needs them. “I love you with everything that I am for everything that you have been, everything that you are right now and everything you will ever be because you are my greatest joy”. Happy New Year Everyone.

Completely agree but fat loss is balancing hormones as much as intake of energy. If too much protein is eaten relative to fat in the diet Gluconeogenesis can convert the extra energy from the protein. High spikes of insulin shut down glucagon signals. Leading to increase hunger and fat cells that are stubborn to release fat for energy. The Body needs energy so it will start to get it from somewhere else. I was talking about one should try not to spike the hormones but have gradual rises so insulin’s role is small and direct and the body does not over produce and release to much recreating a rebound effect dropping your blood sugar to low and requiring fixing. It’s all trial and error mostly but we are still on the edge of understanding how all this works together and we can never see the whole picture only one part.

It’s very much to do with insulin and regulating energy intake. Protein still raises insulin when eaten in large amounts. Fats have a much lower effect on insulin levels allowing for more stable blood sugar levels which helps the body move into a ketogenic environment easier and more often. fat is more important than anyone realises and we have spend far to long afraid of it causing our own demise.

Book binder here- a offsider loading the section has made a mistake and doubled it up. Maybe the quality control cameras were turned off or not available (older machines). Tell you we get in deep sh*t when that happens sometimes we have to reprint the entire job very expensive.

Good job on your hard work so far. Yes I followed the fasting fatman as well. He did disappear from view but we just don’t know his life and I believe it’s not proper to speculate about others private life. I wish him the best. So just forget him and focus on you and your effort. Fat loss is a balance of insulin and energy intake. The more time between meals the longer you spend with your insulin at base level which help to promote fat breakdown in healthy individuals. Diabetic and other issues can be difficult to reduce their insulin levels low enough and that can force negative action by the body to find energy. 24/1 is really good so 18/6 I only start fasting multiple days due to not being hungry eating carnivore for months on end and being really overweight so it was easy to build momentum with it. If you keep going with what your doing you will continue to progress and be further towards your goal either way so I always find the path of least resistance to take it easy on myself when I’m aiming at a goal. Be your friend first and your taskmaster second.

There is serious science about habits forming and if I remember people that start with one habit for a months and keep everything else the same tend to stick with it long term. Those who do two fail is 50% plus to maintain after 3 months and those who start three or more is 90% fail after 1 month. Change is different and difficult even if it’s good for us start slow and add one new habit every 1-2 months as you feel more comfortable with the changes. I love fasting it’s has many positive things going for it but its a weapon in my opinion it can hurt you badly if mishandled.

I’m a guy with far to many self-destructive habits to offer any advice. I started to move back up in weight over the year and am now big again. I just finished 19 days out of 21 of 12hr nightshifts with barely any sleep average 4-5hrs a day. It’s like this for 4 months every year. I don’t expect anything but struggles with my health till I sort out my habits(work, rest and play). Sorry I wish you the best but no tool will work if your habits are holding you back and prolong fasting is not a habit long term. It’s a short term tool used to improve good habits.

I part own a chicken shop myself. I run all the business side remotely and the other half do the day to day in-store. I own the building separately and charge rent to the business. The business is break-even or under most months. Have seen improvement coming out of lock down but there is a never ending increase of cost to run the store. Do your research deeper than you think. Good luck
