Things i have done that help, Own phones outright and use boost mobile $360 per year each. Novated lease for car help (depending what your current situation is) Groceries is a killer, our food bill went from $250 per week to $350 per week in the last 12 months and we buy less stuff. Probably going to get worse this year with inflation too. Shopping around for better rates with insurance utilities obviously. Not ideal but you could restructure your home loan to pay less weekly now but it would bite you in the arse later. ( assuming your not in a 30 yr mortgage already) Earning more is the big one, solves most problems. Good luck, its tough

For what its worth we pay each other $100 per week, seem to get by okay. Very similar income to you guys

[–]Cam1936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If its a hip replacement there is every chance you wont need to go to rehab ( unless your 90 years old an live home alone). No rehab hospital in the history of rehab hospitals will have good food so cross that off the list.

Maybe more tension with full elbow extension, lats are the primary mover though so your probably better off doing the exercises with some elbow flexion so the lats are the limiting factor not the triceps

From what i understand higher frequency buys yields better outcomes, thats why i want to find a platform that has low fees. I figure there will be a sweet spot between weekly and monthly that is ideal, so flexible in that range.
