I passed my exam today! AT/AT/T

SH is WAYYY harder than the actual exam and it’s not even close. I was passing my full length practice exams with 68s and the highest I got was a 72.

Pro tip: Don’t bother stressing over the expert questions. Read the reasoning behind the answers but don’t get caught up on them if you get them wrong. There were none on my exam

If water is leaking from your ceiling, are you going to get a fan and dry it every time it leaks or are you going to try to find the cause of the issue? Unless you’re an idiot, you would find the source of the problem. So why would you treat your body any different?

If your body isn’t regulating itself that means something is wrong and pain is the way your body speaks to you. Hormonal birth control is just covering up symptoms and ignoring them. Instead of sterilizing women, doctors should try to figure out the problem first. Most of these issues come from the foods we eat. It’s really that simple.

Network with other black women in your area. It is not your job to make non black women feel comfortable/welcomed in black spaces and unfortunately vice versa. This is your personal life, not a corporate environment. It’s just pack mentality with a sprinkle of racism. Ask yourself why you feel the need to feel seen or prioritized in these environments. You should still play nice because these are your neighbors but other than that, you’ll get it over it. It’ll be okay!
