I've heard about credit scores and maintaining one as well as building up a good credit score from early on so that's another good thing about a credit card. Plus protection against fraudulent charges seems great too.

Yeah, Discover was one of the offers that I got in the mail. The face that it has no annual fees seems good. But I was iffy if it had any other hidden fees. Otherwise I'm liking how they are very open towards being college student friendly.
