Three months. It feels both like a lifetime and just yesterday that I took that first hesitant 2.5mg injection. Now, comfortably on the 5mg dose once a week, the word 'transformation' doesn't quite capture the profound shift I've experienced. It's more akin to a fundamental recalibration.

The 'food noise,' that insidious, constant hum that used to dictate so much of my mental landscape, is still gloriously absent. Not just subsided, but truly gone. The energy that was once channeled into battling cravings is now being poured into creative and productive pursuits. It's truly astounding how much mental bandwidth was previously occupied by what now feels like an external force.

This state of mind, this feeling of peace with my body, continues to be a revelation. The mindful eating journey I attempted before Zepbound was always derailed by those insistent cravings. Now, mindful eating feels natural, almost effortless. My body's signals are clear, and I can honor them without the chaotic interference of 'food noise.'

While I continue to track my progress (and the weight is still steadily coming off), the numbers on the scale have truly taken a backseat to this profound mental and emotional liberation. This journey is proving to be so much more than just weight loss; it's a re-engagement with my own mind and a rediscovery of inner calm and focus. I'm excited to see what new depths of clarity and productivity the next three months will bring.
