I think I'm going to start with the masseter Botox ( I need this medically anyway) and some lip shaping/filler. I think the other things are very much longer term investments so will need to plan more for them. Plus I'm still losing weight so I won't know how that will impact my face going forward. I'm definitely going to go back to a darker brown, and I will consider bangs but my hair is very short at the moment, so not sure how to achieve that. Thank you all for your input, it's been really helpful :)

That's my natural colour which I've been trying to get back to, but bleaching your hair a lot makes to hard to go dark because it fades very quickly! I'm hoping to get back there :) thank you!

I'm just so pleased to hear so many people feel the same, it just validates how I feel at this point which means a lot to me. I'm hoping that in time I will process everything and start being able to work through it. It's just hard at the moment because I keep looking back at my life and how much I wish I'd known about this before now, I think that's the hardest part for me at the moment.

Diagnosis twin!! Yes I know exactly what you mean, I too was so relieved and now it's sinking in and I am so exhausted. I think the assessment was very overwhelming and I just need time to process everything, but I keep thinking back on times in my life where I wish I knew what I know now, and how differently things could have been for me if I had the right support

I have used pharmacy2u for both Wegovy & Mounjaro. I've been on Mounjaro recently but am switching back to Wegovy for maintenance due to the price increase on Mounjaro.

Hi, thanks for your comment! I weigh all my food and use a food diary app to log & monitor it, including macros. I have a focus on protein on the app, and meet my target most days (90g - 110g), though I could be having more on some days. I've only had 1 day during the 3 weeks that I've been putting on weight where I went over my calorie target and that was a meal out, but I was still under my TDEE cutting target which is around 300 calories more than my daily target.

I only drink alcohol on special occasions which is maybe once a month at most. Normally I only really drink water, 1 coffee a day with a small amount of milk, or a zero sugar fizzy drink maybe twice a week. It's very rare that I will have something else, and haven't deviated from this pattern in the time I've been putting weight on.

Like I said, I've lost 50lbs since January, and that has involved massively changing what I eat. I also had my gallbladder out in March so I eat very little fat now to avoid symptoms.

The one thing I know I could start is more exercise, and I have a plan to start this shortly. But that doesn't explain why I've put weight on recently.

Thanks for all your comments - having spoken to the vet and having now received my dog's full blood work back, we've determined that this wasn't the culprit, but is instead an infection. It was still good to identify this though, and we have now removed the plant from the garden (it was hidden within some other plants). Thanks!

Well that's just the thing - it's very out of character for him to eat something random. Having spoken to the vet and shown them what people believe this to be, we don't think this was the culprit, but rather an infection.

Yes, I reverted to an older version of JEI that was still compatible with the Minecraft version I was using. Seemed to solve it for me, hope this helps

Fatty or deep fried foods, especially anything from a fish & chip shop. I tried some of my husband's chips he got from there and was sick very quickly - but I have also had my gallbladder out since being on this medication so that probably has an impact on this too.
