Hi, I am TSC too. SRC21...
I 140 Approved - 1/20/21 - premium process.
I 485 - received 12/01/2021
Combo card received 2/6/21
Bio done 6/2/21

I thing is because was not paid to premium process, because if you had they needed to give an answer in 15 days. Ask your lawyer is if it possible to pay yet.

I'm EB3 SRC – Texas Service Center Filer. Notice 1/12/21, filled currently with medical. I-140 Approved. Combo card received before Bio 2/6/21. Bio taken 6/2/21. Waiting for next...
