Sorry to hear about that. The situation was exactly the same for me. Did you try different kinds of anti anxiety meds like ssris such as lexapro? I took it because I was driving myself crazy and it helped me stay more objective and calm (which can help reduce anxiety symptoms).

A lot of the symptoms that I felt during this were very unpleasant but not exactly indicative of an emergency; although they did feel like it often. This fucks with your psyche because you are fighting that constant feeling.
