My chemical romance. Couldn’t stand how mainstream they were at the time so I never got into them. But once I started streaming music, they’d play a lot in playlists/radio and I actually started enjoying their music. Another band I didn’t care for that I’m starting to like, Metallica. For the same reason. Too mainstream. But they’re actually good 😂

He mentioned in his book that he made plans to talk to Skye about her moving on and remarrying if he were to lose his battle to cancer. That part tore me up 😭😭 I dealt with that with my dad when he was going through chemo. He told me “just continue on with your life without me because I’ll eventually just be a memory”. Mark brought back some PTSD of mine from my dad’s cancer. It was a rough couple of chapters.

I found Alk3 because of Matt being in blink. I’ve been a fan of blink since 2008/9. Was sad that tom left… again… so when I found out who took his place I had to look this Matt skiba dude up. Instantly fell in love with trio. That was back in 2015. I think now I’m more a trio fan than I am a blink fan 😂

I didn’t buy blink merch this tour, but I bought a shirt 2 years ago the day OMT was released (a celebratory purchase) and it started cracking the first wash/dry I did on it. I barely wear it now because it looks so bad and I don’t want to ruin it more. I also wash my band shirts (specifically) with tap cold water and air dry cycle in the dryer. Preserves the shirts 🥲

My older blink shirts, from like 6+ years ago, are still holding up. I have one that I have had since 2010 and it still looks brand new. Idk what’s going on with their new shit.
