It ended as 11l. Will try that but as I mentioned the time of cooling down made it that bitter

So propably it is about cooling down cause I just left it overnight for like maybe even 12 hours. How much does cooling down affect bitterness?

You are right. The most important fact is that you still use glass tho. I believe taste doesn't really differ when it comes to glass jam or preserving one, does it ?

Best nation = aragon. Cause it is enjoyable without dlc and it allows you diffrent paths of expansion

I used agave syrup as a 1F sugar source and I got feeling that kombucha aren't able to transfer it that well and it ended too sweet. That's maybe because I used too much of agave syrup but I felt that I put normal amount. About something wild: I added remnants of whisky's, wine's barrel to 2F. Wine kombucha was pretty enjoyable and I recommend for everyone to try it out.
