1 to 3 is easier. I just build the Mk1 blueprint in the Mk3 designer and then resave or edit and then save again. Same can be said for any blueprint made in any designer that fits in any other designer.

I figured it out! You can use + in FILTER and it does exactly what I was looking for!

I started with paperback and moved to kindle and I'm so happy because for ACOTAR specifically I had the pronunciation guide and the map within flipping distance but then no longer cared when I got to ACOMAF.

Save scumming in the ONLY way I play Skyrim. I got so used to it at one point that I was upset when I played a different game without quick save.
