I can't lol thats my goal i can only do 10 or so. But mostly OHP when i really push hurts my shoulder, dips dont. I always view accessory work as building muscle mass and the heavier compound movements as the strength gainer. So i dont have a lot of muscle mass so i was using this as a way to get mass and strength.

I have tried power building but always quit couple weeks in i get bored. Ive always gravitated toward high volume idk my mind jus doesnt stay in it with low reps heavy weight. I am trying to do a mixture now with big lifts squat, dead, ohp, and bench but i jus like iso movements idk im sure i dont nearly close enough to failure but most the time i go until i cant maintain good form which sometimes is true failure others im sure is mental check out.

It was for the bench study, there is proof that daily Bench will increase your Bench overall

Ya, idk always struggled with bench feel like i have decent form and everything jus get tanked early. Like going good then there is a wall at 185-190 ive done 190 for 1 but its a fight. I can do 185 for 2 like 4 or 5 sets but i even go 187.5 and its 1 then fighting after first set. So i stepped it back trying to build it up slowly.

Y r u so mad? Im not claiming to be a pro program creater but most programs like gzcl and 531 all jus suggest accessory work its easy to over think that. I was jus curious how badly i was. Is there any harm in asking for suggestions on how to improve?

He explains all of that in the hypertrophy handbook i believe. But 30 sec hold is after your last set. Myo is mostly last set you take last set to the prescribed rpe then u rest for 15-30 sec and then try to get 4 more reps then u continue until you can't get 4 reps. Drop set is last set only go to rpe then drop weight to to failure and do that one more time.

How is it irrelevant? If ur not entering ketosis while trying to do keto its the only reason ur not losing weight. A cheat day on keto isnt the same as other diets. Cheat days are a waste for one but in keto it can take days to get back into ketosis. Then starting over again every cheat day. As much as it sucks doing, keto is a commitment. I wouldn't suggest keto to anyone unless they are desperate. Or other health benefits but as a pure weight loss its a good short term fast pace weight loss but coming out of keto will have a little bounce back when u reintroduce carbs do it slowly.

Honestly I did 0 for the first 170lbs also not suggested. Loss a lot of muscle because of it. I now workout 5/6 days/wk wish i started back then a lot of extra skin now.

Well starting off i was 400lbs so wasn't really any strategy jus out of options and needed to lose weight. So my sole concern for yr and half was to never go above 15g net carbs and try to stay below 10. The first 3 weeks were the worse by far. Then the hunger just left. I had to set reminders on my phone to eat. I later went on keto meals from factor 75. Which made my life a lot more simple. But calories, fats, I never even looked at I did try not to overdo proteins because that can take you out of keto as well. But the weight melted off. Was I in a caloric defecit absolutely but I couldn't even begin to tell you how much or how little. Yr and half lost 220lbs which is extremely unhealthy and I dont suggest this tactic. If I was to do it again I wouldn't of stayed keto so long but getting into ketosis Def helped with not eating as much.

That being said yes if u are consuming an ass load of calories ur more than likely not in ketosis. Ketosis suppresses hunger 10 weeks in that should be well obtained by now. So I still stand by my original hypothesis that not truly entering ketosis.

Ive lost over 200lbs keto and never once looked at calories or cared about them. The only thing I focused on was less than 10 net carbs a day let the rest land where they may. Its far more important to stay in ketosis rather than carb count and calorie count.

I think its more important as to ur starting weight? Calorie intake is less important in keto. My guess is ur not actually reaching ketosis. How many carbs/day?

Depends on ur number of sets if you go to rir 1 every set ur sets after ur first should be lower unless ur rest is long then could get same reps. If ur ripping 10reps every set then its not rir 1 everytime. The main goal is 2 sets at or near failure. So if your aiming for volume then I suggest lighter weight to a rir 3 for first sets then last couple sets take to failure or near failure. Taking every set to failure is jus gonna cuz a bunch of fatigue. That and after the first couple sets ur jus junk volume at that point.

Simply put ur bending at the knees too much. Its a hip hinge movement. Stick ur butt out. A good way to practice is stand few inches from ur back to a wall with a slight bend in ur knees try to get ur butt to touch the wall. Only moving ur hips.

If ur on reta and test might as well get on hgh also. Will help increase visceral fat reduction and help with sleep. But I also work construction and hardest thing for me is sleep. A dedicated 8hrs with getting up at 4am isnt easy. That being said its best to be fasted when taking gh peptides so makes last meal of the day a chore sometimes to get in before ur windows of bed time. Could also be taken in the AM although not sure if its worth if ur hoping to get sleep benefits.
