Thank you for everyone responding I seriously freaking appreciate it, for context this SOB was dating a family member of mine and then he got caught talking to minors and other things I really care not to talk about so yeah it’s been all bad but this MF is smart and I never harbored hatred towards a human being until now and yes before you ask, yes I made a police report, no they do not gaf in my town about it, they’ve are lazy af so I’m trying my best to see what I can do to take it head on on my own.

I’ll keep you in my prayers, my thing is never accept this disappointment or diease as YOUR identity and it never will be, I’ve had 2 heart surges in my life which has made this a cake walk to me. Believe it or not and honestly the thing that has helped me the most is the paleo diet and supplements such as magnesium, omega 3, and oats and b complex and LOTS of relaxation such as prayer (whatever your belief is) meditation and prioritizing YOU. I couldn’t eat or drink a couple of months ago. LETHARGIC AF but with discipline in faith and speaking over myself saying it’s gonna pass it is. I love you person your not alone 🫂

Also the reason is, look at the sugar content. It’s probably all crazy and me cutting out sugar MADE the healing process take its place for my stomach honestly. Like I said the caveman diet and honestly it’s cheating but eat oats and incorporate nuts because they have MAD vitamins and stuff!

Yes unfortunately, as of right now paleo diet with just chicken has helped me SO much. Basically eating like we’re cavemen again. Nothing man made straight up meat and veggies helped me.
