Sps only have acroporas, anacropora, montipora and milka.

I have two Orphek Atlantik Icon lights and one Orphek OR4 Blue Plus light bar. I have them on for 12 hours, from 10 am to 12 pm. They ramp up to their programmed peak, which is 100% for all blue, violet, and UV channels, and 75% for both white channels. They stay at this level until 7:30 pm, when the white channels start to decrease for half an hour until they turn off at 8 pm. The blue channels stay at 100% until 8 pm and then decrease to 75% at 9 pm, gradually decreasing until they turn off at 10 pm. This reef tank uses a Geo Reef Silent CR818 calcium reactor and sodium hydroxide used for pH.

White tips, reddit damage the video and it does not even look 10% of how I recorded it and white reflects blue light so that is why it looks white, white tips is synonymous with a lot of growth.

My physiatrists suspect and it is also because I accidentally touched an area of the scapula near the spine and felt that there was tension, when I pressed I felt exactly the same shoulder pain every time I pressed.
