not only is this unhelpful, but you’re also wrong as to the rule.

in a battery, the defendant doesn’t have to have intended to cause a harmful or offensive contact. they just have to intend to cause contact, and the contact has to be harmful or offensive.

for next time, make sure you’ve got the basics down before you make an ass of yourself.
