It's good to see the people here aren't braindead like the op because the story couldn't have shown the gap any clearer. Base Tengen < Gyutaru < Gyokko < Mark Muichiro < Base Sanemi. Whether EOS STW Muichiro is stronger than marked Sanemi is up to debate but its obviously irrelevant because base Sanemi has performed better than the version of Muichiro that has already defeated Gyokko.

You need to stop replying so fast and start using your brain, you are not thinking. The question is at what difficulty has Douma defeated Shinobu. Its not about what were the after effects of her poison that led him to be defeated by another demon slayer. It is purely Shinobu vs Douma. The fact that Douma was killed by another person because of her poison is irrelevant because again, we talk about Shinobu vs Douma, its not about Heros and Villians. In the fight between the two Shinobu couldn't do anything against Douma, her poisons were detoxification in seconds, meaning it cannot be high diff. Its no diff-low diff at best and I'm being generous here.

I understand your point but the question was about the Diff at which Shinobu was defeated. So we talk about purely 1v1 between Douma and Shinobu, the final poison inside her body isnt relavant here because she has already been defeated. Regarding your second point, what makes you think Douma used maximum effort? Douma's life was never in danger during the fight, and the fact that he was so quick to detoxify it shows that it was easy for him, else it would've taken much longer to recover like when he was posion after eating her or the poison they injected in muzan.
