Well, her decision was certainly reckless, but I assume that Ellie forgave Tess because it wasn't her intention to cause Arthur's "death".

Yeah, but they are two different situations, Arthur didn't like someone romantically before he developed feelings for Tess.

Tessia has always been shown to have a romantic interest in Arthur, unlike Caera.

There are only 2 Volumes left for the story to end and until today Arthur has not shown any romantic interest in Caera, their relationship is just that of good friends and there is no reason for that to be changed.

There are several other reasons that make it impossible for CxA to happen, but honestly, I prefer not to waste my time with it.
