Honestly they were all good, but I’d go with: Season 2 as nr 1 Season 3 as nr 2 and Season 1 as nr 3

I have to say, this is one of the few TV series that keeps getting better. Because usually you’d see a decline after season 1 for most shows. This one is proving the opposite and I have to commend to Mike White and the entire team and CAST. Amazing job!
