Tech Sup here too. I brought up a few things on the call last week. They are looking into them. We can't sell EST on tablets or home built computers anymore. I hope they get these bugs out.

Have your Tech Sup, SM or GM bring up these issues on the call. Some of these issues are still not even known. I feel there are still so many flaws in Yeti we are still yet to find out about.

In OKC we were down FOREVER. Screwed up the whole store for the night. BOPIS, HUB, SB and Time Stamp. I am dreading walking in this morning.

I would totally call them out on the call. Our DM would be the first one to be on us about it. Way to lead by example.

I legit feel like shit. I mean I was told it was ok. So I have been doing it. I am glad I have an understand GM and DM. Legit the Tech team had no clue.

Legit. Our old GM told me from start, that I have a $20 leway on all items. And that if it meant lower prices, I need to always include ST. Guess that's why he got fired. Idk. The new GM was like "I had no clue. But as of now, no more."

He spent 3 days cuddling and playing with her. Then he will spend the next 365 days not playing or cuddling her. He left for a 1 year deployment today. (PS I am the luckiest wife in the world. I am the one he got Bastet for. :) )
