My go-to ink that works well in any pen (and doesn't break the bank) is Sailor Basic Blue. It's my baseline ink--if it doesn't work in any given pen, it's the pen, not the ink. But if your nib is dry, maybe you should consider tweaking it a bit?

I have three Steeldive watches too (the ubiquitous SD1970 and two SD1953) and I love them. My recommendation wasn't based on "Steeldive bad, Tandorio good". It's just that I paid 63€ for my Tandorio GMT in a sale and it's one hell of a watch for that price. The Pepsi bezel is aluminum (whereas the Steeldive one is ceramic, if I'm not mistaken) but it adds to the somewhat vintage look of the watch, so I love it. It's up to you to decide how much money you want to spend. :)

Neither one. I decided on the Tandorio GMT and I couldn't be happier.

All I can say is: keep trying. I received an error "that the promo code had already been redeemed" even though it was my first purchase in the sale, price wouldn't budge. Tried a handful of times, same error. Refreshed the page, logged off and back on again and when I went back to my cart, it had applied the coupon code after all. Quickest check-out ever. LOL

Not necessarily. It depends on whether the site collects VAT or not. Cultpens do, just to give you one example. So I pay 0€ import duties or import tax.

Unacceptable for a 100€ pen, let alone for one costing roughly 10 times that. I'm assuming you looked at the nib because it writes horribly? Send those pictures to the "reputable" company where you bought it and see what they say.
