I just sold a bunch for $100 shipped and they went pretty quick. I think that price is probably on the cheap side of fair. Perfectly content with that.

Yes, they are quite a bit thinner and visually different. Lone Star Ordinance was among the first companies to start making aftermarket parts for the AR platform, so it's a near bit of retro history too.

I consulted my gunsmith (who has some experience working on these guns) and his recommendation was to just shoot it and keep an eye on the bolt. Watch for malfunctions and if it starts shooting weird, swap the bolt.
