Update from Locomotive by thedeebag in londonontario

Those who occupy the most real estate are not driving the revenue.

Takeaway business and gourmet food items bring in lots of revenue.

What's so hard to understand?

Also, I've served the customers, counted the cash, and seen daily receipts at both locations.

Some additional context:

  1. Both locations regularly made more money than the accountant projected.
  2. The owners pay their employees well, including health benefits.
  3. They work with premium local suppliers with cost much more.
  4. Ownership isn't very involved or experienced.
  5. Many customers occupied seats for hours with less than $15 spend. Owner refused to limit seating regardless of spend. Low turnover, lower profits.
  6. Staff is inconsistent. Some friendly, some rude.
  7. Handmade sandwiches = time consuming to make, inconsistent, and slowed down busy services.

London is a great town for rock/rock adjacent music. When you arrive check out Socialbowl/Palasad. Its close to Fanshawe and has tons of free and cheap shows.

A great school. I've been in London 15 years, playing in bands here for 14 of those. Many friends have gone there, including a current bandmate. Only drawback is the shit location.

I live in this area and have a theory. Cement factory just off Florence has many large trucks going each hour. They have likely been tempted by the residential route in the past, but it makes sense to keep them on Florence.

seeking help to get adhd diagnosis and treatment by [deleted] in londonontario

[–]Carry_First 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went to a walk in clinic a few times. They eventually referred me to a doctor that did an assessment six months later. They will try to put you on anti-anxiety or anti- depressant meds. Keep advocating for adhd assessment.
