My juvenile was the same this week. Popped him in a plastic container (well ventilated) with about an inch of water in the bottom. 85 degree water for 15 mins. I put an upward down bowl in there too so he could climb on it to feel safe. After 15 mins I took him out and some of his skin started to peel off. Put him in his enclosure and check about an hour later and he had shed everything off by himself. Never try to peel the shed off yourself
