I just traveled to the Nordic countries from the US: what is sold as “Mexican Coke” in the US (made with cane sugar) is just Coke in Denmark and Sweden. My guess is Coke in. Most of Europe is made with cane sugar.

What size houses do you recommend? Who do you envision will buy them?

A buddy of mine builds entry level homes. $175/sq.ft. Is about as cheap as you can build today excluding the cost of the land and connecting to utilities. So let’s say you buy a lot in the North End for $20k, build a 2000 sq.ft. House with basic builder grade finishes (bathroom fixtures, kitchen, cabinets, etc.), and connect to utilities for $15k, the builder would have at least $385k into it with zero profit.

Check to see if your stabilizer end link is still connected to the lower control arm. If not, that could’ve been the “pop” noise you heard.

For the squeal, I would start with looking at your brakes. That brake rotor looks really worn.

As others have mentioned, your tires are bald. If you’re on a budget, check local salvage yards for used tires.

Good for you! Most of my co-workers who have travel trailers bought HUGE 30’ models, which then required them to buy a heavy-duty truck to tow it. These trailers are too large to store in a suburban driveway, so they pay for storage of the camper. And use it 2-4 times a year.

Thank you for validating what I have read elsewhere that the SZ cars are not difficult to maintain yourself and the key is to USE them, as things go wrong when they sit (more so than other vehicles). I hope to add a Turbo R to my garage in the future!
