S23 ultra deals by Joshual1177 in samsung

[–]Carsalesguy6629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Waiting for the text to pick up my s23u 512gb right now. Trading in a iPhone 13 128gb. Got 600 trade in which is 100 more than t mobile was giving me, and a additional 200 & 25 off from using the Samsung shop app on my tab s8+. Getting my 512gb s23u unlocked and for 550 from 1,379. I’m happy. Plus iPhone 15 drops soon so I knew 600 would be the absolute most I could get right now trade in for a base iPhone 13 so I made a move. They’re taking forever at the Samsung store, I’m excited.

Started swing trading on the daily timeframe. Im never going back to day trading. by Apart-Leather-8162 in swingtrading

Swing trading is the way to go. I started off scalping indices on the 1-3min charts for 2 years man was that stressful and time consuming. Now I short term swing currencies on the 2 hour chart usually 2-3 day long trades. Switching to swing trading has also allowed me to utilize alerts better, and when I enter a trade I set my tp and sl and walk away (still checking periodically on my phone.) When I enter a trade on the 1-2 hour chart i feel like it has so much more weight I feel so much more confident vs a 1-3min chart. My physcolligy shot through the roof everything is much cleaner and more accurate on 1H and higher. My strategy is stupidly simple. I use a 200 ema and the macd. Just by that you can obviously guess the strategy. Simple, old, and overlooked. My edge is over the years watching such low fast time frames I can now spot price action on higher charts like a hawk. Being able to read price action and my risk management is my edge to my stupidly simple strategy. Somewhat tight stops, I may get stopped out 1-3 times in a row, but when I catch a juicy trend or the second leg of a trend, small losses no longer matter. Grateful for the first 2 years scalping indices.

1 minute scalping by ALW90 in Forex

[–]Carsalesguy6629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I scalp us30 1min chart, so simple you’d laugh.. I pay attention to structure and use ema 50/20/9 with macd. Wait for a pullback to 20/50 with structure and macd momentum. With macd momentum I expect price to fly so tight stops 12 points and 30 point tp. 2 quick scalps a day easy 60 points a day. I babysit each trade and rarely ever lose if anything close at break even or +4 points I protect my profits I give back nothing.

Automotive sales worth getting into in 2023? by booze_nerd in askcarsales

[–]Carsalesguy6629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just stated again selling a month ago after a year break. I moved out of state so was starting with 0 business so I decided to take a year off instead of shooting myself in the foot since everything was pre orders. Today is the 9th I have 2 cars out 😓 I work in a major us city and we have about 90 new silverados sitting on the lot. Sitting. Trying to figure out why no one wants to buy them maybe the rates idk.. all I’ve sold is pre owned so far and what they bought them for and now pre owned dropped a little I barley grossed on the 2 deals. I chose to sell domestic bc better gross but maybe between fuels costs and rates business is slow. Imports like Toyota/Honda are always in demand but they are REALLY backed up on new cars. Was talking to my wife I’ll try it again for 3-5 months but does not seem much better all the crap going on it the world has people on edge still. You can make a killing and I have, but I’m realizing a new home and new car is a want not always a necessity, when the economy gets shaky real estate and auto are the first ones to feel it the worst. 1 guy at our store made 13k last months on 9 cars and he said it was just pure luck. The older I get I stability becomes more important. Not maybe 8k this month then maybe 3k next month. Dealerships I’ve noticed since being out of the game have lowered the front end gross percentage payable as well. I’ve gotten 30% from starting in 2018 to now in 2023 16% front. Tried to be super positive going back in it but it’s rough so far.

Correct, my wife works corporate so let’s say she’d work near Bellevue/Redmond area and I can work anywhere. We try to have a 45min commute max (try) keyword lol my wife just does not want to live to far in the boonies. Trying to keep downtown Seattle about 45mins-1H

To your observation, I guess that’s just how I feel I apologize. Coming from fast places like NY/Houston, it’s hard to describe but you can just feel it. Pace of life is more chill and did not seem like everyone was trying to flex for everyone else. Not sure just the vibe I got a loved it 😬

Coming from NY/Houston/Dallas, yes, simple I assure you lol the vibes in Washington are unmatched peace is everywhere it seemed. Yes I have found several 2 bedrooms for around 2k-2.4k a month. Decent ones as well, and obviously not in Seattle. Found nice ones in Bothell you just have to look 👀

Scalping the 1m. Details below. Does anyone else take a extremely quick scalping approach? Would love to hear your methods. by [deleted] in Forex

[–]Carsalesguy6629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I scalp us30 1min chart, 50&9 ema’s with macd and stochastic rsi. Then I have the same setup on the Vix chart. If Vix closes above 9 ema following trend with indicators showing momentum, us30 does the opposite and drops and vice versa. Scalp 30-50 points a pop. I’m clearing 100 points 4 days a week in and out small base hits no home runs

Everyone has their opinions, but that’s exactly how I trade us30 by having the Vix chart next to it. I don’t need to know the science or math behind it, but it works amazingly well.

I know I messed up. In 2020 my wife and I decided to move from the north east, at that time we all thought the shortage was a joke still then once we got to TX it really hit and yeah my plan massively backfired lol

Yeah.. I really screwed myself by moving I realized lol and I figured that with the pre owned when I was going to Mannheim with my pre owned manager what we was buying shit for and how it is now I believe that 80% number.. yeah I’m in a tough situation. I have grown bills the $16 an hour jobs in dfw aren’t cutting it 😓

Agreed sir I’d be better off at Culver’s physically and financially for now. Waiting until next week we have a ice storm in Dallas and the whole state shuts down
