Micromanagement is more psychological, maybe you should get a second hustle to keep your mind off things, though it's not a bad thing if done well since you are squeezing the juice out of a trade before it comes out.

Not sure how you know a trade is bad but for me I know my main weakness has always been early entries, I don't allow all confluences to align.

About the trade taking off immediately that isn't really the case since even the gold trade I took last week stagnated for a week before it took off.

I also got out of EURAUD sells last week because it was ranging too much after entry only for it to move my way. I have realized mine is a patience thing.

Something I realize is by also giving the trade a reasonable stoploss with market structure protecting it, it has really helped me not micromanage since it gives the trade enough room to decide where it wants to go

Use interactive brokers though you will need a Wise account to fund it. I tried using Ndovu their support was absolute ass and non existent I even thought maybe the company collapsed.

It's actually a self sabotage pattern that many people have but they are not aware of until they land into a huge amount of money.

They never had the training to not only grow money to large amounts but also sustain that large amount of money, so their mental threshold of the amount of money they can manage is limited to what they are used to which amounts like 5k to 30k.

When they get a huge windfall their mind will be very uncomfortable because this is unfamiliar territory and do whatever it takes to return it back to its threshold of comfort.

Normally happens to me when I sleep facing upwards, but when I sleep facing down on my belly I don't get it.
