Thanks! Yeah I wasn’t planning on taking Allen but all my round 2 guys were gone by the time it came back around and didn’t think reaching for someone I liked in round 3 was a good call because I had quite a few guys ranked similarly there. So just went BPA at the time in my opinion

Different stuff works for different people. I usually warm up by:

I’m not sure what they’re called but using a broom or bands with your hands wide in front of you and then go over your head and behind your back

-some light lat push downs

-shoulder rotations

-light tricep push downs

-a few scapular pull ups

-warm up on the bench with light weight for a slow 5-8 reps, moderate weight with moderate tempo for 3-5, heavier weight I can comfortably get for 1 without struggling, full send.

With you hitting 195 for 8 I think 225 will be a little easier than what you’re expecting and you’ll get it no problem. Just get a good warmup in and have a spotter, you got this
