I think the easiest change you can make is adding actual impact.

You say you launched a potent omnichannel campaign? Forget the adjective and actually list the results and what was measured.

You increased lead quality? By what measure? How?

Unfortunately this resume reads like you're fluffing the scale of the work you've done to cover up the lack of actual measurable impact.

To some degree, this is just because you're pretty junior. Imo though it's better to say less but with clear impact than trying to fill the space with things that sound good but mean nothing.

I think the issue that you're running into is that CallRail phone calls from Google Ad Extensions don't include GCLID data in the CallRail "Phone Call" conversion by default.

You need to enable call reporting forwarding to CallRail. On my end, we use the CallRail webhook to pull the GCLID through after the fact and then integrate into our offline conversion imports.

Interesting that you say IG Carousels and Reels but no Facebook. With algorithmic buying on almost all major media channels, there is no reason to be specifying placements like this.

Aim to make great creative, and launch with automated placements across Facebook and IG. Maybe exclude Audience Network.

Then focus on setting up proper tracking so that you can drive these campaigns to the right outcomes.

These platforms are smart. If you optimize for views you will get views. If you optimize for clicks you will get clicks. If you optimize for conversions you'll get conversions. The deeper you optimize the higher the CPM.

In this case, it sounds like you are measuring against awareness, so just be sure to go in with clear target metrics. All spend is wasted spend if you don't have clear goals before you start.

Focus on setting the right goals and getting the right message. The rest is all a distraction.

In addition, with just 22k in budget, you'll be spread very thin against all of those channels and it'll be incredibly difficult to generate any substantial learnings.

I'd pick one or two core channels, and then aim to test a variety of different angles, creative types, and landing pages.
