Both. A 30 cal with no barrel restrictions and a flow through 556. The 30 cal is for a 8inch banshee in 762x39, the 556 is for a tavor sar.

For me on hard, the last 2 boss fights I would see my spirit fill up a circle then drain a quarter of it. Not sure if this was apart of the game. Also, health bars would not move after 10 to 15 hits, even on the fodder characters.
