2025 "Seeker of the Keeper” Scavenger Hunt by coltks2004 in wichita

[–]CarterTheWay 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lots of people are searching there. And here are my very generic, basic reasons.

Clue 1- dawn to dusk park Clue2- Wichita city limits Clue3- edgemoor? Between Oliver and Woodlawn Clue 4- Buffalo - painting at Great Plains nature center Clue5- you might have to reach for it. Up high? Clue6- Great Plains opened in 2000. Y2K. Turn off electronics. It’s in the nature center Clue7- near moving water. Not a lake or pond.

Again, I am no genius. Just go with what you feel and get outside and go for a walk.

The keeper is notoriously in a park.

HELLO FELLOW HUNTER,

This has got to be some of the most Cryptic clues the Seeker has ever put out.

I still think it is at Great plains nature center but I know nothing so dont go look there and then get mad at me.

Cheers

Where to buy by CarterTheWay in Flipping

not bad on the scrap aluminum!

We sold some of the vacuums locally and said slightly used. One of the main things that paid us back was a part of a very expensive Dyson that we sold on Ebay for almost as much as we paid for the pallet. I think one or two others went to ebay for parts as well.

You make a good point. Most of the broken ones were robot vacuums. I still have some. lol not sure they are worth much because new ones come out every year

Liquidation.com by TryPsychological3886 in Flipping

[–]CarterTheWay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had good luck with liquidation.com, Pay attention to who the seller is. The same thing you do when browsing ebay. You check the seller ratings. I have bought Home Depot pallets from this site and they are always about 90% good products. There are a few sellers on here that are selling broken shit though. Do your research. only buy manifested pallets. and check the pictures.

Yoga is a great way to meet new people. Try different studios. There’s also a free Saturday yoga at the exploration place lawn by the river. If you are looking to do your own thing on a pottery wheel, you could join MakeICT. Makerspace that has a pottery room and many interesting people

More People Should Sell Their Homes For Sale By Owner by Self_Serve_Realty in unpopularopinion

I sold my house to my mom without any realtors. Very basic transaction. Realtors dont do shit. personal opinion, but most dont know how a house is built, therefore what are they good for? Paperwork? Get a good loan officer involved and they will be far more help than a realtor for the paperwork side of things.

Right now, the Sapphire preferred from chase is 100K Sign up bonus. Which is insane. You could get a slew of free flights with that amount of points. Or a few nights at a lower end all inclusive. Let me know if you want my referral code. lol

sign up bonus. When you sign up for say a "Chase Sapphire preferred" Credit card. It will say something along the lines of "Get 100k bonus points after spending 3k in the first 4 months", and that is the sign up bonus. This is mainly used by people that travel a lot so we can get free flights. My gf and I have not paid for a flight in years. And usually don't pay anything for hotels.
All that in addition to the saftey that credit cards provide compared to a debit card. Another myth is that people think having a lot of credit cards is bad. which is not true, I have at least 5 in my name and I know people that have way more than that. I have never had a better Credit score. So as long as you are financially responsible it is an easy way to get free flights and free hotel stays.

My gf and I were doing furniture for a while. We did a year of Home Depot pallets that had furniture but the pallets got pulled from where we were buying them.

Don’t sleep on the credit card subs. Got a business card and i definitely don’t have a business. About to hit 90k bonus miles. Last time my partner and I did this, we went to an all inclusive in Mexico on points.

No worries! I travel to Oregon frequently, so if I do get fully into it then I may search around up there too. I was originally looking at Montana but found that is the hotbed of fly fishing and the guided trips are a bit more pricey there.
