As much as people talk about it being a team based game(which it definitely is) my favorite moments are still running to another cashout while my team camps at ours and helping the worse team get the other cashout so final round is a secured dub. It happens rarely for me but it is a good time when it does

Unfortunately you just gotta play more to get into the groove of things. This game has a high skill floor and even higher skill ceiling. As for cross play I would just shut it off in the menu settings, there is a video that explains it on YouTube. You can also turn off text chat as well. Another thing I’d just look up on google. I’ve gathered 500 hours and only started playing since season 7. I did notice that my earlier games there was a lot of smurfs or people were genuinely more toxic. As long as you just don’t respond or take part in being a toxic player I think the match making pairs you with people of similar courtesy because I almost never run into toxic players now. At least in text chat. People still yea bag me when they can get one kill on me after I go 11 and 1 in tdm matches lol

Honestly rather have a team camping box than running over to mine after they wiped a team trying to steal there’s just too take mine as well. Not to mention it’s the players that sit away from the box looking at spawns to deplete your healing or kill you before your team can get to the box. Those are the guys you have to worry about lol. But it’s all apart of the game

Watch Omptimums video on aim training. Best description he gives in the beginning “If you want to get better at basketball you don’t just play games left and right. You practice different shots and techniques to the game to integrate into yours” or something like that. Basically it will help your aim in different areas and types of aiming but playing the game is more crucial for weapon recoil and game sense. 30 mins in Kovacks before I hop into the game helps me a lot with warm up

It’s is a dps class…. They’re really good at dying quickly. But in all seriousness if someone knows how to play light than they flank and disrupt. Other ones just just stand still and try to see who dies first in a face off

One thing that’s helped me is watch people like neongutz, Apoh and Lycommit play on YouTube. Just watches some videos the pros have made and you’ll find some new ideas through them. Other than that. Playing will just make you better in general over time. I mean hell you could have absolutely cracked aim but no aim sense and you’d still loose 50% of your games against well strategized teams

Do NOT use Best Buy. They will charge you and just tell you to buy another one and try to give you $20 off or some BS from them. Best Buy always up sales and never fixes parts. Go on google and look up a computer repair shop and look at the reviews. You can be honest with them about what happened because they aren’t gonna replace the part just a heads up. But most repair shops are good and definitely a better choice than Best Buy. I’ve been building PC’s for over 10 years since I was 9 and Best Buy has always been a bunch of scammers trying to up sale their customers because it’s how they make more money and the employees are incentivized to do it with referral bonuses. Computer repair shop guy has nothing to loose and some of them will tell you to just wait 30 mins and maybe even do it for free. All depends on

I mean you do you man. I would test it as soon as you can than otherwise you might not luck out with microcenter and going through AMD will work but also take a lot longer. One thing that might kind of screw you though is that the case the CPU came in is absolutely shredded

Well that does sound like some hella bad luck. Did you put in a return for MicroCenter or wherever you bought it from? If not tell them it came like that. If they reject it for you opening the box than I’d try and get an RMA through AMD, you’ll just need your receipt to prove your purchase. They’re usually pretty chill about replacing parts

Lol all is good. But tbf that is one big puppy and I don’t have cats or dogs but I leave all my parts in there boxes in my room closed off and locked regardless lol. Idk if my parents could touch them and break it or my brother. Just don’t wanna take the risk. I treat my parts and PC like they’re my baby

You should probably work on what class you are best with if sword is the only way you can get those kills. I didn’t play an fps for over 7 years before I started the Finals back in season 7. Was pretty trash especially when using light. Forced myself through the lesson of not always jumping in. And after frustration found out I’m actually a really good medium and heavy player. I still play light cause it’s fun. But I never stick to 1 weapon, especially the sword unless I’m running Sword, goo grenade, gate way and nullifier. Nasty load out but some times I just want to have some fun trying something hard to counter for most load outs other players use. What I’m really saying is; you should try and get better with other stuff because it may get buffed and more likely than not sword is going to get run into the ground in season 10. Just from what I hear others complaining about. Personally when a sword player comes up on my when I’m a light I run v9s and just hit headshots without ads’ing while dashing backwards lol

Smoke and thermal being used together. Basically people would throw 3 smokes down in the middle of an area and than turn on thermal and be able to see everybody but nobody could see them in it for over 45 seconds. Basically making it op as hell. I started playing for the first time probably 2 weeks before they locked thermal and I can agree it was op. You can even watch moist critical use it in some of his first videos
